This is the single source of the PennyTree risk warning. It is shown on the home page, on every subscription page and on every application form. It is never presented as fine print and it can never be dismissed.

- Investment in the businesses hosted on this platform is speculative and carries high risk.
- You may lose your entire investment, and you must be able to bear that loss.
- Past results are not indicative of future performance.
- You should ask questions, read all information carefully, and seek independent financial advice before committing funds.
- Investment limits are monitored by PennyTree.
What you will be asked to affirm
Before any investment is accepted you must affirm each of the following statements individually. A single blanket consent is not accepted, and your acknowledgement is stored separately from your acceptance of the terms of use.

- 4.I am able to absorb the complete loss of the amount I invest.

- 6.I understand that a minimum one-year lock-in applies, and that further transfer restrictions may apply.
- 7.I understand that I may never be able to sell these securities.
- 8.I understand that the disclosure here is less than a publicly traded company would provide.
- 9.I understand that I have no protection under a prospectus.
- 10.I understand that I have no claim against the National Investor Protection Fund.
- 11.I understand that PennyTree is not responsible if some or all of my investment is lost.
Your cancellation rights
- You may cancel your investment for any reason up to 48 hours before an offer closes. Cancellation within that window is automatic and your funds are returned in full.
- Inside the final 48 hours you may only cancel if the Fundraiser notifies a material adverse change and your funds have not been transferred. A material adverse change opens a 7-day window in which you may rescind.
- If an offer fails to reach its minimum threshold, all subscriptions are refunded within 48 hours of close.
